      <![CDATA[<p>Happy New Year one and all! Jon Benson here with another issue of audioFIT.</p>
<p>Well, we're almost mid-way through the first month of 2007. How are you doing? Are you focused, or are you just busy?  There's a monumental difference. In fact, I find that the busiest people, meaning "frantic" rather than "productive", are the ones less likely to find happiness in anything they do.</p>
<p>Today, I'm going to share with you my three keys to reaching your goals. It doesn't matter if your goal is a better body or a better life;  these principles will work for you if you apply them.</p>

<p>Well, yesterday was my birthday...and let me tell you, it was
a wonderful 43rd. After the physical pain of the last year,
due to my knee injury, and subsequent onset of gouty arthritis in
that knee and feet, just about anything would be welcomed.</p>
<p>I want to share with you the gift, if you can call it that, that meant
the most to me. It's actually numerous gifts wrapped up in one
